Spiritual Mentoring – Big Idea
Spiritual Mentoring is not as intimidating as it might sound. Think of it as simply sharing what you know to be biblically true in a relational environment with another man who is hungry to grow spiritually.
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals, and to prayer.
— Acts 2:42 NLT
The term “mentoring” is very commonplace in our world today. A mentor is someone who has influence and provides guidance or direction to another who is less experienced and maybe younger in age or in their journey. What matters is that mentors have experience from which others can learn. How does this apply in a spiritual setting? Who have you learned from? What can you share with others?
