Big Idea: Make Passing On Your Faith a Daily Priority
While we heard last week from a Pew study that parents in America do not make passing on their faith to their children a high priority, we know that for those who do, it is a daily process. Psalm 119 instructs us that the name of our Lord is to be praised from the sunrise to the sunset. Sharing that with our children teaches them that our walk with God has the highest value in our daily lives. The completely dependent relationship with God that we share with our children, will someday be theirs if we are open with them about our need for God in our daily lives.
