While the major focus of any group is to fulfill the goals that are agreed upon within that organization. However, so much of the accomplishment is based on the ability of the team to be connected to the goal and make it happen. However, the opportunity for long-term involvement of the team is how the leader impacts the team. Are you as a leader highly thought of, or are you a jerk that people prefer not to be around? Are you focused on helping your team be successful, or are they there only for your success?
