 Most leaders are thinking far ahead of where the organization is today. As a result, it is easy to get impatient and just start to go it alone to get it done. It is much faster – no one would argue with that.  However, to go far in the organization, in your family, or your church, the more you get others involved, the easier the load and the farther all of you can go together than any of you can go by yourself. You need each other giftedness, talents, and energy to make the long-term impact you are looking to make.
