Leadership Lessons from Philippians 1: Big Idea: Let your words paint a picture into which those around you can grow, Philippians 1:8-11
It is said, “Where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18). This is never more true than with those who have no ability on their own to create a vision. Too many live day to day as it relates to having a bigger picture of what they are trying to become or what they are trying to accomplish.
When we take the time at home, work, or church, to share the bigger picture and how people around us may fit into the picture, it gives them rails to run on and a picture to grow into. You will be amazed at the difference in your own life and the people around you.
Today: Think about someone with whom you can share a vision for them for the future that will give them a picture into which they will grow. You will both be amazed at the difference in their life and commitment to fulfilling this vision.
