Leadership Lessons from Philippians 1: Big Idea: Focus on if you are getting the results you want, Philippians 1:15-20
Everyone does what they do for different motives, processes, and ways to get to the agreed-upon destination. In the section of scripture, Paul, the author of Philippians indicated as long as the message of Christ was furthered, he did not care about recognition, motives, or processes. Could it be we spend too much time trying to evaluate (judge) why and how people are getting the agreed-upon results instead of being grateful that the results were attained?
Today – let us not get caught up in the evaluation or judgment of those around us, but rather be excited about the accomplishment of the agreed-upon results.
