Leadership Lessons from Philippians 1: Big Idea: As the leader, encourage those on your team – it gives them value coming from you, Philippians 1:3-5

The truth of the matter is, to be “successful” in any endeavor: faith walk, family dynamics, or business venture— no one succeeds alone.  Every participant plays a part, and if they do not do their part the outcome is very predictable.  Stay humble, stay hungry, stay connected, and encourage your team.

This week:  Focus on your personal growth, understand, and embrace your weakness, and communicate with God and each other, you can accomplish what He has planned for you.
