Intentionally Intergenerational: Big Idea: Who is Discipling the Next Generation?

In his second letter to Timothy, Paul tells his disciple, Timothy, to pass on what he has heard from Paul by entrusting it to faithful, reliable, trustworthy men who then teach others. (2 Timothy 2:2) In this short verse there are four generations of these men equipped to pass their faith on to two or three others.

If the church follows this pattern of well-taught men teaching and commissioning others, it will expand exponentially. Conversely, if these well-taught men do not equip and disciple the next generation, the world will.

Today: Write down the names of  2 or 3 younger men whom you know, and pray God reveals at least one of them men you can intentionally equip and disciple for a mutually agreed upon time frame.
