With roughly 300,000 churches in America. Of those 95% have less than 500 attending, 87% have less than 200 attending and 75% of the churches in America have less than 100 attending, pre-pandemic numbers. The small church is the backbone of America.

Maybe I will never pastor a large church, but as a small church pastor I thought I might have grown my church by now. The struggle is real, the challenges are personal, and the outcome essential. How do we best come along side these wonderful pastors and provide the support they are not getting anywhere else.

95Network.org: There are two pop up surveys to provide input and also to assess where you may get the greatest benefit from the resources available. The two surveys are: Soul Care Essentials and The Healthy Church Assessment.

This website is so practical to help you as a pastor to help you as you work through the various aspects of your church. Knowing there is no plan B, the work of the church needs to be effective at growing up believers and reaching those who are not yet part of it.

We know so many pastors are at their wits end with trying to build a local church. Too many want to find something else to do. That is why this network of resources is such a vital place to help you as a pastor to find the support, encouragement, and tools you can use to keep moving forward and fulfill your God-given calling.

We love you pastors and want you to find fulfillment in building and reaching the kingdom of God. Know so many love you, believe in you, and want to encourage you to fulfill your calling. God made you just who you are for such a time as this. Be encouraged and reach out for help so you can move forward.

About Wendell Morton

Rev. Morton graduated from Western Evangelical Seminary with a BA in Religious Education and a Master of Counseling Psychology, Rev. Morton was in full-time ministry for 17 years with both small and large churches. He spent four of those ministry years with Promise Keepers. He was the the US representative to PK Canada – serving on the PK Canada Board.

Wendell also spent 23 years in Corporate America. He built and led sales teams that worked with very small businesses and other groups that worked with Fortune 500 companies. He is gifted at helping identifying the next generation of leaders as well as helping those around him being successful.

Rev. Morton has a passion to help pastors and church leaders build growing churches. Having men come alongside the vision of the pastor, build a dynamic team, create a plan, and execute the model of “each one brings one” has been proven effective for more than 2,000 years. This approach is a great way for every local church in North America to grow while helping men better understand biblical manhood.
