In our last session on Mentoring, we talked about the need for a “Paul” in our life. The reason for this is that it is so much faster to have a guide who has been where you are going. Without this help, it is can be like going where you have never gone without a form of GPS to help you. It takes longer and you may not ever arrive without this guide.
