In 2005, Eddie responded to God’s call to full-time ministry. He began serving at Real Life Ministries in various roles, including Youth Ministry, Community Groups Pastor, Young Adults Pastor, Church Training and Development team, and Sports and Outdoors Pastor. In addition to full-time ministry, Eddie has been a business owner and has worked in the business banking sector. Eddie is deeply passionate about equipping, empowering, and inspiring Christian men and churches to live out the Great Commission by making disciples of Jesus. Eddie is married to Lindsay and has 3 children, Isaiah, Sawyer, and Charlotte
Dr. Jim Grassi
Founder of Men’s Ministry Catalyst
Dr. James (Jim) Grassi is the Founder of the culturally strategic Men’s Ministry Catalyst and Let’s Go Fishing Productions Foundation. An award-winning author and communicator, he emphasizes evangelism and discipleship (spiritual mentoring) in messages, teachings, and writings. Since 1981, he has served on the frontlines of men’s ministry as a business leader, college professor, international speaker, Hall-of-Fame outdoorsman, and volunteer chaplain, helping men grow in faith, character, and purpose, equipping them to fulfill the Great Commission, impact their families, and lead others to Christ. Rev. Wendell Morton
Advisory Board
Rev. Wendell Morton served in full‑time ministry for 17 years in both small and large churches. He spent four of those years with Promise Keepers and represented PK Canada on their board. With a BA in Religious Education and a Master of Counseling Psychology from Western Evangelical Seminary, Wendell also spent 23 years in Corporate America building and leading sales teams for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. As an Advisory Board Member of Men’s Ministry Catalyst, he helps pastors and church leaders grow churches, equip the next generation of leaders, and implement the proven “each‑one‑brings‑one” discipleship model.
